I don't care what the future holds anymore
I live life one day at a time one moment at a time
life blurs into darkness and I lose sight of time
But I am still alive after all these years and that is a good thing
I don't care what tomorrow holds nor the day after
In my way I've done all the things under the sun
I feel joy when I am telling a story about who I was when I was young
and I have nothing to prove to anyone just going on and on
If you don't care about the future noone can ever break your heart
We never die
